The commotherm air-to-water heat pump is specifically designed for outdoor installation. It features the latest inverter technology, which allows the heating output of the heat pump to be perfectly adapted to the current outdoor temperature or the required flow temperature. It also uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R32, ensuring maximum energy efficiency—even at low outdoor temperatures. The heat pump can be used for heating as well as for domestic hot water preparation. During the summer months, it can also be used for active cooling, creating a comfortable indoor climate. At night, the commotherm AWi-Mono operates in whisper-quiet mode thanks to the integrated “Silent Mode,” which allows up to three individually programmable time slots per day.

The Hot Water Unit provides a compact, all-in-one solution for a heating system. The indoor unit connections allow for direct integration of the heating system and hot water distribution. Additionally, it comes standard with an electric auxiliary heater with safety thermostat, a highly efficient condensing pump with PWM control, a diverter valve for heating/hot water, and an enameled, insulated 350-liter hot water storage tank.
Space-saving and easy to install
With dimensions of 76 × 78 × 186 cm (W × D × H), the Hot Water Unit is extremely space-saving. It can be easily integrated into small technical rooms or utility rooms. With its attractive design, the indoor unit complements the appearance of spaces next to a washing machine and dryer. Thanks to intelligently positioned connections, clean and simple piping is possible. The connections are located at the back of the unit and can be connected from the sides, top, or rear without crossing..
